Store Manager:
Professionals applying for this position should have 1-2 years management experience. Experience in the tanning and retail industry is preferred and knowledge of sales is essential. Store Manger will prepare weekly schedules, ensure all shifts are covered, maintain sales goals, and be experienced in delivering excellence customer service. This is a full-time 40+ hour per week position and applicants should have open availability.
District Manager:
Professionals applying for this position should have a minimum of 3-5 years management experience. Multi-location management is preferred. District Manager will review weekly schedules for no more than eight stores, ensure all shifts are covered, and complete on-site training or coaching when needed. Experience in the tanning and retail industry is preferred and knowledge of sales is essential. This is a full-time 40+ hour per week position and applicants should have open availability. District Manager will also be accountable for maintaining sales goals within their district as well as maintaining customer service standards throughout their district.
Sales Consultant
Applicants for this position must be customer service oriented, outgoing, prompt, responsible and friendly. Previous experience in a retail environment with knowledge of sales is strongly desired. This position will maintain store cleanliness and educate customers regarding our products and services. Applicants should be strongly self motivated and like to achieve sales quotas. Scheduled hours are based on personal productivity and availability.
