Cancellation Terms: This membership is a continuous payment plan and will continue until the buyer terminates the agreement. The buyer may cancel this agreement by submitting a written cancellation form or letter to the Riviera Corporate Office thirty (30) days prior to the due date of the next draft. This contract must remain in effect for thirty (30) days prior to any notice of cancellation. All membership dues and payments must be brought current. Any membership requiring a minimum number of monthly payments will have a surcharge for cancellation prior to membership¬† cancellation.
Automatic payments are processed on the first of the month. There is a $1O fee for dishonored payments. This fee will be added to the next month’s payment if not paid in-store. The Riviera may re-process dishonored payments up to three (3) times during the month. This plan cannot be shared or transferred. There are no refunds for unused months. The Riviera consents only to agreements in writing. The Riviera may modify or cancel this plan at any time. Changes may be made by posting in the lobby of The Riviera Tanning Salon Locations.
